Terms of Service

Venn connects to your calendar and helps you find and book meeting times, including on third-party booking links. Availability and slot suggestions are provided on a best-effort basis; you are responsible for confirming the meetings you book.

You must keep your account credentials secure and use Venn only with calendars and accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Don't use Venn to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt the service, or access data you're not authorized to use. We may suspend accounts that do.

Venn works alongside services like Google Calendar, Calendly, and Cal.com. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Venn is not responsible for them.

Venn is provided "as is," without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; we will update the date above when we do.

To the extent permitted by law, Venn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed or double-booked meetings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months (which may be zero).
