Privacy Policy

Google account basics - your name, email address, and profile picture, so we can identify your account.

Calendar availability - your free/busy times from Google Calendar (when you meet, not the contents of your events), used to find times that work for you. When you book a meeting through Venn, we create that event on your calendar.

Your scheduling link - the Calendly, Cal.com, or other booking link you paste, so Venn knows your public booking page.

Solely to run the product: to show your calendar, rank meeting slots against your real availability, and create events you choose to book. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database and served from Vercel. Google refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the systems that operate Venn.

Only the infrastructure providers that run Venn (Google, our hosting, and our database provider), and only as needed to operate the service. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Venn's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google Calendar data to provide scheduling features visible to you, and we do not transfer it to others except as required to run those features.

You can disconnect Google access at any time from your Google account permissions. To delete your Venn data, email us and we will remove it.
